How to master the at home facial.

We all know that heading to the spa to get a facial whenever we want to is just unrealistic for both our wallets and our schedules. I’m here to show you the best and fastest way to feel like you have just been treated to a day of expensive facial treatments at the spa, without leaving your home. I totally get how hard it is to even find the time to even think about facials, which is why I made both of these at home facial tutorials as quick and efficient as possible, but if you happen to have the time, definitely take your time and enjoy!

AT THE VANITY

Step 1 - Daily Cleansing Oil- Cleanse, remove makeup, tone, and hydrate all in one step.

  • Start with your Daily Cleansing Oil and dispense a bit of oil into your hands and start massaging on your DRY face, even over makeup if wearing any (I use about 1/4- 1/3 dropper full of product).

  • Next use a warm wet washcloth and gently wipe your face clean removing impure oils and makeup.

Step 2 - Cleansing Grains- For softening and gentle exfoliation

  • wet your face and pour a quarter size amount of your Exfoliating Cleansing Grains into your hands.

  • Add a few drops of water to activate the aloe vera, mix into a paste with your fingers and apply to your face using gentle circular motions avoiding the delicate eye area,

  • Rinse and pat dry.

Step 3 - Nourishing Facial Oil- A mindful blend of easily absorbing oils that have been specifically chosen to give you all of the skin repairing and perfecting benefits of vitamins A + C, antioxidants, essential fatty acids that are found safely in nature.

  • Dispense 3-4 drops of your nourishing facial oil into your hands and massage gently into your skin. Allow the oils to soak in for a minute or two before applying any makeup. Take a deep breath in and enjoy the gentle scent of lavender as you admire your soft, glowing, recharged skin!!

Step 4 - Under Eye Roller- an easy to use under eye treatment to strengthen under eye skin with vitamin K from Avocado Oil, increase circulation with Green Tea, and help reduce fine lines with punic acid found in Pomegranate Seed Oil.

  • Finally give a good swipe underneath your eyes with your under eye roller and gently tap into your skin with your ring finger.

  • If your at home facial time is happening before applying makeup, first, roll it onto the back of your hand. Then, use your ring finger to tap into the oil and then gently apply it to your under eye from there. That way you can control the amount of product you’re applying.
